MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

I understand and accept that:

• participation in MINDMAKERS.ORG is voluntary.
• no warranties, express or implicit, are provided by MINDMAKERS.ORG, it's partrons or supporters, founders or other members, to those establishing an account on MINDMAKERS.ORG.
• should this agreement be broken, material uploaded to MINDMAKERS.ORG may be removed without notice.

I agree to:

• only upload material which falls inside the scope of, or clearly relates to, the mission of MINDMAKERS.ORG, as defined in the MINDMAKERS.ORG Manifesto, which I have read.
• upload no material which, to the best of my knowledge, is unlawful, unethical, inappropriate or otherwise unacceptable for MINDMAKERS.ORG.
• make material that I upload to MINDMAKERS.ORG available under as liberal a user license as possible, and one which, at a minimum, allows third-party users to use the content without breaking the law, and to clearly mark the material with any potential limitations which may restrict its usage by third-parties.

In return, MINDMAKERS.ORG makes the following commitment:

• To use uploaded material in good faith for the furtherment of the organization's expressed goals, as stated in the MINDMAKERS.ORG Manifesto.
