When
the users look through the magic glasses, Mirage appears to float
at a fixed location in the room. |
A
sensor held in the hand allows MIRAGE to see where users are pointing
when they ask about objects in the room.

MIRAGE System Architecture
| There
are six independent executables in this system: Graphics, Speech
Reco, Perception2, Newsblaster, Decision and Psyclone. The processes
exchange messages via the sixth executable, Psyclone, configured
as a pub-sub sever between the processes. Small red boxes signify
Psyclone C++ and Java adapters. |
